Richie Varga is the best. A consummate professional who knows his business and the area. Richie gives generously of his time, knowledge and himself. I can call him with any request and know he will get it done, now. He really listens and immediately dives into finding the right solution . . . and never tries to steer me in a direction that may benefit him, but not be the best choice for me. Richie knows how valuable my time is and never wastes it.
I always know Richie has my back, finding alternative routes around pitfalls and hurdles before we ever get entangled in them. He understands that every client is different, with unique career demands and specific real estate needs. He works tirelessly, especially noticing and handling all the little details - the ones that grow into big problems later if they don't get resolved early on.
